After having done a code review, I think that the code is absolutely okay, it was missing proper header and footer through PlasmoidHeading, so I implemented those (first commit of this MR). That's a minor change that imvho is required to land the MR; with this first commit, it's approved from me already:
However, I felt like the dialog could be made a bit more compact, so I gave a shot at a different layout. Here's my proposal, which I think is slightly better, but really I'm fine either way:
