Task Manager: Don't show recent documents for file managers

Kai Uwe Broulik requested to merge work/kbroulik/tm-no-recent-for-places into master

The "Recent Places" aren't really recently visited places but rather folders the user happened to have directly opened through e.g. KRunner.

The context menu is also already very long.

The recent places I had in the menu were never really useful.
