kcms/baloo: use frameless style for InlineMessages in header

Looks more modern and consistent with other KCMs that already use this style, which we're migrating towards everywhere for the "header banner" paradigm.
Looks like this:
Ignore the fact that the list header turns blue; that's an odd pre-existing issue.
