[KRunner] Use new property to set KRunner width

This is part of a series of MRs to add configurable width in KRunner.

The MR in frameworks/krunner is not necessary anymore: frameworks/krunner!105 (closed)

  • First a runnerWidth property/getter/signal is added to View in plasma-workspace and the property is used via runnerWindow to set width in plasma-workspace !1936 (closed)
  • then it can be configured via the GUI in plasma-desktop plasma-desktop!1053 (closed)
