applets/brightness: merge private and public classes for night light control in plugin

Natalie Clarius requested to merge work/natalie/brightnessapplet-nightlight-control-single-class into master

This simplifies the backend code since then we don't need duplicates and connects from private for all the public properties.

Also make the order of the properties consistent.
