Reset lockscreen UI after inactivity

Alois Wohlschlager requested to merge aloisw/plasma-workspace:clearpassword into master

When the user started entering the password, the lockscreen UI would stay up indefinitely, exposing the password in case the user walked away. Change the inactivity logic to reset the UI after the inactivity timeout instead.
