Move purely promotional material away from Userbase
While devising the list for #18, I noticed we have three main purposes for Userbase:
- Promotional material <-- This is the topic of this issue
- Developer documentation
- User created documentation
The reason for there being promotional material is the existence of https://userbase.kde.org/Applications. It was planned as a single entrypoint to checking up on all KDE apps, leading people to create new pages for apps even when they didn't have very useful content otherwise they'd be "left out".
Also, like most things that make the wikis so popular, this one also shows a symptom or a need for things that projects wanted long ago and could only easily achieve via the wikis: there was no good, simple way to promote your app the way you want, linking all the things in one place.
Nowadays, these needs are better achieved this way:
- "I want to link everything related to my app in one place" ---> Hugo website
- "I want a place to promote my app" ---> Appstream metadata, Readmes
- "I want a central place to see all KDE apps" ---> apps.kde.org
Here's the list of content from Userbase that is strictly promotional. As an additional condition so we don't lose track: I only list pages that have either no content to port to Docbooks, have negligible content, or have no subpages.
