Add Craft APK jobs

This depends on:

• sysadmin/ci-images!180 (merged)
• packaging/craft!166 (merged)

Also, this doesn't work yet as the Craft jobs run inside the Qt5 images. @kloecker is there a way to select the Qt6 jobs or should this be separate (yet to be created) templates?
