This is part of a series of MRs to add configurable width in KRunner.

The MR in frameworks/krunner is not necessary anymore: frameworks/krunner!105 (closed)

First a runnerWidth property/getter/signal is added to View in plasma-workspace and the property is used via runnerWindow to set width in plasma-workspace plasma-workspace!1936 (closed)
then it can be configured via the GUI in plasma-desktop (this MR !1053 (closed) )
